It Could Be Worse
We all worry about things. We have our insecurities and irrational fears. We find ourselves feeling anxious or frustrated, despondent or upset.
In times like these, it's good to take a little step back, and help yourself realise that things probably aren't as bad as they seem. It's important to keep a sense of humour about your woes, and take some comfort in the fact that things could always be worse.
